Low Quality, Toxic Foods in Restaurants

Restaurant food is a toxic brew of ingredients, regardless of how well it is presented on a plate.

The video below discusses the seed oils in fryers and how they usually aren’t changed for weeks. This causes the seed oil to break down into a toxic sludge, which we gleefully consume in french fries, chicken tenders, cheese sticks, onion rings, buffalo wings, fried fish, etc.

Food has truly become weaponized.
